I heard this song as a standalone track before I saw the film and wasn’t terribly enamored with it. But now that I’ve got some visuals to go along with it; the evening lights of the downtown LA skyline, the solitary driver cast in shadow, it’s become more appealingly moody and evocative. Definitely a new staple to my night driving playlist.
